Oxycodone 5 mg/Acetaminophen 325 mg per 5 mL, 500 mL (NDC Roxane discontinued oxycodone/acetaminophen 5 mL unit-dose cups in.

Oxycodone/acetaminophen oral solution is not available from other manufacturers or in other concentrations. This shortage does not affect single-ingredient oxycodone solutions or oxycodone/acetaminophen solid oral dosage forms. Roxane discontinued oxycodone/acetaminophen 5 mL unit-dose cups in July 2014 and 500 mL bottles in April 2015. Roxane states that the reason for the shortage is that they are validating a new source for raw materials.
