Oxycodone Hydrochloride Tablets, USP are opioid analgesics. Each tablet for oral administration contains 5 mg, 15 mg, or 30 mg of oxycodone hydrochloride.
The frequency and severity of emesis gradually diminishes with time. Oxycodone, like other opioid analgesics, produces some degree of nausea and vomiting which is caused by direct stimulation of the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) located in the medulla.
Use of oxycodone hydrochloride tablets is associated with increased potential risks and should be used only with caution in the following conditions: acute alcoholism; adrenocortical insufficiency (e.g., Addison's disease); convulsive disorders; CNS depression or coma; delirium tremens; debilitated patients; kyphoscoliosis associated with respiratory depression; myxedema or hypothyroidism; prostatic hypertrophy or urethral stricture; severe impairment of hepatic, pulmonary or renal function; and toxic psychosis.
Thus, patients need to be treated with individualized titration of dosage to the desired effect.
30 mg of oxycodone is 30 mg of oxycodone. But there is a bit of a difference. The 224s seem a little weaker. Its because they break down a little.

They are the blue 30mg oxycodone pills with a 48 / 12 on one side and a V on the other. However, after taking one I felt considerably different.
real pic here...a white inside is not right.
See solo's post for correct URL (edited).
Did you get these meds from the pharmacy, online or on the street? You questioned them being cut with fentanyl and I am pretty sure pharmacies(not including questionable online pharmacies) wouldn't mix oxycodone with fentanyl.
I believe that the inside is SUPPOSED to be WHITE not blue! All oxycodone I have ever seen is white inside, no other color. I copied this info directly from the package insert at Daily Med.
