My question is, is there any real harm to taking oxy responsibly recreationally? For instance just 5mg before bed once a week? Twice max.

That was not my exact point but you're right nonetheless. What I wanted to emphasise was that once you build up the tolerance, you'll need your "recreational dose" just to feel like a person that doesn't take any (without the high).
